On the same electricity pole as 1971. The drawing pins were still there.
The Cobra 1961 double pole has had several extra insulators added to serve a new adjacent pole to carry wires running south.
The thorn hedge is much thicker. The Ponteland Road is the same but carries a great deal more traffic. One field away the A69 is new.
